These Terms govern your use of the Cleana website, mobile app and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

Customer Booking Terms

These Customer Booking Terms apply when you, the Customer, book a clean through Cleana. They sit alongside the main Terms of Service.

Cleaner Agreement (Self-Employed)

This Agreement applies to all Cleaners on the Cleana Platform. Cleaners are self-employed and operate independently; there is no employment relationship with Cleana Limited.

Privacy Policy

Cleana Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform. This Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how Cleana uses cookies and similar technologies. By using the Platform you agree to the use of strictly necessary cookies; other cookies are set only with your consent.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to anyone using the Cleana Platform. Breach may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and where appropriate, reporting to the authorities.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy sets out when refunds and cancellation charges apply.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. This is our published procedure.

Safeguarding Policy

Cleana is committed to protecting children, vulnerable adults, and all users of the Platform.

Insurance & DBS Policy

Every Cleaner on the Cleana Platform must satisfy our insurance and background-check requirements before they can accept bookings.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Made under section 54, Modern Slavery Act 2015. Cleana Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking in our own business and our supply chain.
